V n\u00e1vaznosti na podzimn\u00ed \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed kliniky adiktologie 1.LF UK, kter\u00e9 se t\u00fdkalo stavu a pot\u0159eb \u0161kolsk\u00e9 prevence b\u011bhem distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduky, mimo jin\u00e9 vyplynula pot\u0159eba v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed podpory v oblasti prevence rizik spojen\u00fdch s pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed.\u00a0Problematika t\u011bchto rizik je komplexn\u00ed, a i kdy\u017e existuje \u0159ada kurz\u016f \u010di materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 se v\u011bnuj\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdm d\u00edl\u010d\u00edm t\u00e9mat\u016fm (nap\u0159. kyber\u0161ikan\u011b), tak chyb\u00ed celkov\u00fd p\u0159ehled v dan\u00e9 oblasti, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro u\u010ditele nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. S n\u00e1vratem d\u011bt\u00ed do \u0161kol se toti\u017e mohou u d\u011bt\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt objevovat probl\u00e9my spojen\u00e9 s technologiemi (nap\u0159. nadm\u011brn\u00e9 nebo nevhodn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e z\u00e1vislost), kter\u00e9 b\u011bhem distan\u010dn\u00ed online v\u00fduky nebyly patrn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Klinika adiktologie 1.LF UK ve spolupr\u00e1ci s katedrou psychologie PedF UK, \u00dastavem informa\u010dn\u00edch studi\u00ed FF UK a Slow Tech Institutem p\u0159ipravili online modul, kter\u00fd pedagog\u016fm m\u016f\u017ee pomoci:<\/p>\n<p>(1) rychle se zorientovat v oblasti rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed spojen\u00e9ho s technologiemi a<\/p>\n<p>(2) prov\u00e9st n\u011bkolik rychl\u00fdch preventivn\u00edch aktivit zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na d\u011bti nebo jejich rodi\u010de s c\u00edlem podchytit p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my spojen\u00e9 s technologiemi u d\u011bt\u00ed co nejd\u0159\u00edve, nejl\u00e9pe je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed pr\u00e1zdninami. K aktivit\u00e1m jsou u\u017e rovnou p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly, nap\u0159. let\u00e1\u010dky pro rodi\u010de apod.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Online modul se v\u011bnuje nap\u0159. t\u011bmto ot\u00e1zk\u00e1m:\u00a0<strong>Jak se projevuje nadm\u011brn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technologi\u00ed? Jak mohou rodi\u010de pom\u00e1hat d\u011btem dr\u017eet u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technologi\u00ed pod kontrolou? Na co si mus\u00ed dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed d\u00e1t pozor p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed? Na koho se obr\u00e1tit, kdy\u017e m\u00e1te podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee u konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho \u017e\u00e1ka u\u017e pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technologi\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dilo zdravou m\u00edru?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cel\u00fd modul je vytvo\u0159en pro c\u00edlenou a rychlou akci, kter\u00e1 je t\u0159eba nyn\u00ed, ve spojitosti s faktem, \u017ee se \u017e\u00e1ci nyn\u00ed vr\u00e1tili po dlouh\u00e9 dob\u011b do \u0161kol a mnoho z nich se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s probl\u00e9my spojen\u00fdmi s digit\u00e1ln\u00edmi technologiemi. TeP bude m\u00edt podzimn\u00ed pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy bude roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en o prohlubuj\u00edc\u00ed informace a dal\u0161\u00ed aktivity pro \u017e\u00e1ky a studenty.\u00a0D\u00e9lka TePu je nyn\u00ed asi 4 hodiny studia. Realizace navr\u017een\u00fdch aktivit pak trv\u00e1 zhruba 3 hodiny.
