C\u00edt\u00edte se b\u00fdt svou obrazovkou nep\u0159ekonateln\u011b p\u0159itahov\u00e1ni? Jste soci\u00e1ln\u011b izolovan\u00ed, n\u00e1ladov\u00ed a snadno se na\u0161tvete? Poci\u0165ujete z&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed na lajk stejn\u00e9 pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed jako p\u0159i konverzaci z&nbsp;o\u010d\u00ed do o\u010d\u00ed? Nem\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee v&nbsp;re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b prost\u011b nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed tolik spole\u010densk\u00e9ho uzn\u00e1n\u00ed jako na Facebooku nebo Instagramu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud jste na tyto ot\u00e1zky odpov\u011bd\u011bli ano, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b trp\u00edte z\u00e1vislost\u00ed na technologi\u00edch. Nen\u00ed divu, technologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti v\u011bnuj\u00ed mnoho energie a pen\u011bz tomu, aby vyvinuly algoritmy, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s u jejich produkt\u016f udr\u017e\u00ed doslova p\u0159ilepen\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><em>Nemus\u00edte se na Facebook vylo\u017een\u011b pl\u00ed\u017eit. Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed minimalismus nen\u00ed o smaz\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech aplikac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me v&nbsp;telefonu. Nebo o tom, \u017ee vyhod\u00edme v\u0161echna digit\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z&nbsp;okna. Je mnohem v\u00edce o tom, \u017ee p\u0159evezmeme kontrolu nad sv\u00fdm \u010dasem a zorganizujeme si priority.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako sou\u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9 studie jsem v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho kurzu provedla v\u00fdzkum \u2013 skupinku osmi lid\u00ed jsem pozorovala b\u011bhem sedmidenn\u00edho digit\u00e1ln\u00edho detoxu. V\u0161ichni \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci mi potvrdili, \u017ee na za\u010d\u00e1tku pro n\u011b bylo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 na technologie nemyslet, v&nbsp;konci sv\u00e9ho detoxu ale c\u00edtili mnoho osobn\u00ed svobody. Ve v\u00fdsledku to pro n\u011b znamenalo lep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1ladu a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sebev\u011bdom\u00ed. Dovedli si l\u00e9pe organizovat \u010das a zpozorovali, \u017ee maj\u00ed v\u00edce energie. Zjistili, \u017ee bez soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed mohou existovat pom\u011brn\u011b snadno a \u017ee je jednoduch\u00e9 si naj\u00edt jinou z\u00e1bavu. Detox jim velmi pomohl se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm. Telefon jim neust\u00e1le neserv\u00edroval notifikace ze soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed a nesv\u00e1d\u011bl je, aby neust\u00e1le kontrolovali, co se d\u011bje. Stoj\u00ed jen 12 dollar\u016f a je dostupn\u00fd na&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thenophone.com\/\">t\u011bchto webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch<\/a>&nbsp;nebo na Amazonu. Po na\u010dten\u00ed aplikace se objev\u00ed pouze b\u00edl\u00e1 obrazovka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zcela se vyhnout nov\u00fdm technologick\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm nen\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 jen stoj\u00ed za to hledat zp\u016fsob, jak na nich b\u00fdt m\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00fd. M\u016f\u017eeme za\u010d\u00edt t\u00edm, \u017ee zkus\u00edme na n\u011bco p\u0159ij\u00edt bez toho, abychom se pod\u00edvali na internet. Nejde ale jen o jedince.
