V d\u016fsledku je v\u0161echno tak l\u00e1kav\u00e9, \u017ee obrazovk\u00e1m digit\u00e1ln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ochotn\u011b v\u011bnujeme mnoho na\u0161eho \u010dasu. Kdo za to m\u016f\u017ee? Je to na\u0161e slab\u00e1 v\u016fle, neschopnost b\u00fdt o samot\u011b se sv\u00fdmi my\u0161lenkami a neust\u00e1l\u00e1 pot\u0159eba rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed? Nebo je to rafinovan\u00fd design t\u011bchto technologi\u00ed, kv\u016fli kter\u00e9mu se k\u00a0nim neust\u00e1le vrac\u00edme a konzumujeme v\u00edce a v\u00edce nab\u00edzen\u00e9ho obsahu? D\u016fvod\u016f, kv\u016fli kter\u00fdm sah\u00e1me po telefonu nebo po\u010d\u00edta\u010di, je mnoho. N\u011bkde chceme zkontrolovat maily, n\u011bkdy p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst zpr\u00e1vy, n\u011bkdy se jen nechat un\u00e1\u0161et nov\u00fdmi a nov\u00fdmi notifikacemi, nekone\u010dn\u00fdm scrollov\u00e1n\u00edm a automatick\u00fdm p\u0159ehr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm videa. Faktem ale je, \u017ee dohromady ze v\u0161ech t\u011bchto d\u016fvod\u016f s\u00e1hneme po telefonu a\u017e stokr\u00e1t denn\u011b, a sledov\u00e1n\u00edm obrazovek tak str\u00e1v\u00edme a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i hodiny. Tristan Harris si v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0t\u011bmito daty klade d\u016fle\u017eitou ot\u00e1zku \u2013 do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry jde o v\u011bdom\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Podle psycholo\u017eky Al\u017eb\u011bty Protivansk\u00e9 internet a mobiln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed poskytuj\u00ed snadnou formu \u00faniku od vnit\u0159n\u00edho stresu. D\u00e1le tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee \u010dast\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed smartphon\u016f a internetu m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed dopad nejen na na\u0161i pam\u011b\u0165, ale tak\u00e9 (to nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e1 novinka) na na\u0161e sklony k\u00a0z\u00e1vislostem a mezilidsk\u00e9 vztahy, kter\u00e9 udr\u017eujeme. Co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno t\u00edm, \u017ee za kompulzivn\u00edm vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed a neust\u00e1lou kontrolou na\u0161ich za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 snaha ut\u00e9ct p\u0159ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdmi pocity. Jedn\u00e1me tak, ani\u017e bychom si to uv\u011bdomovali. Neznamen\u00e1 to ale, \u017ee bychom situaci nemohli ovlivnit. Ke smartphonu je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159istupovat jako k\u00a0n\u00e1stroji, p\u0159istupujeme tak i k\u00a0jin\u00fdm technologi\u00edm. P\u0159\u00edkladem za v\u0161echny m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt podle jednoho ze \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f Jesseho Weavera auto, kter\u00e9 \u201evid\u00edme\u201c ve chv\u00edl\u00edch, kdy ho pot\u0159ebujeme, ale kter\u00e9 je ve zbytku \u010dasu je \u201eneviditeln\u00e9\u201c. Aplikace jsou ale navr\u017een\u00e9 tak, aby co nejv\u00edce p\u0159itahovaly na\u0161i pozornost. Technologick\u00e9 firmy se ob\u010das sna\u017e\u00ed vytvo\u0159it dojem, \u017ee tento probl\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161\u00ed \u2013 v\u00a0srpnu 2018 v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159i Facebooku a Instagramu p\u0159edstavili novou funkcionalitu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dasu, kter\u00fd s\u00a0jejich aplikacemi u\u017eivatel\u00e9 str\u00e1v\u00ed (Apple podobn\u00fd prvek p\u0159edstavil jako sou\u010d\u00e1st nov\u00e9ho opera\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu iOS 12 o m\u011bs\u00edc pozd\u011bji), nebo dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti jako t\u0159eba nastaven\u00ed \u010dasov\u00e9ho limitu nebo ztlumen\u00ed notifikac\u00ed na ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das. Celou sadu obdobn\u00fdch roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed pod n\u00e1zvem \u201eDob\u0159e str\u00e1ven\u00fd \u010das\u201c p\u0159edstavil na trhu b\u00fdval\u00fd vedouc\u00ed etiky designu ve spole\u010dnosti Google, Tristan Harris. Negativn\u00ed odezva na sebe ale nenechala dlouho \u010dekat. Kritici p\u0159i\u0161li s\u00a0term\u00ednem \u201eethics washing\u201c, kter\u00fdm se sna\u017eili pouk\u00e1zat na to, \u017ee co za\u010dalo jako spole\u010densk\u00e9 hnut\u00ed, skon\u010dilo jako marketingov\u00e1 strategie. \u201eEthics washing zahrnuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 pokusy o vyu\u017eit\u00ed etiky jako sou\u010d\u00e1st korpor\u00e1tn\u00ed komunika\u010dn\u00ed strategie, \u010d\u00edm\u017e etickou pr\u00e1ci zleh\u010duje. \u010casto obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed najmut\u00ed intern\u00edho korpor\u00e1tn\u00edho mor\u00e1ln\u00edho filozofa, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 ale ve skute\u010dnosti minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enosti zas\u00e1hnout do vnit\u0159n\u00edho chodu spole\u010dnosti a ovlivnit, aby jej\u00ed se jej\u00ed produkty soust\u0159edily na zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota. P\u0159\u00edkladem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pr\u00e1v\u011b funkcionalita m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dasu str\u00e1ven\u00e9ho na aplikac\u00edch \u2013 nam\u00edsto zm\u011bny designu k\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edmu po\u0161\u0165ouchneme u\u017eivatele k\u00a0tomu, aby si sami hl\u00eddali \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd na s\u00edti.\u201c. Probl\u00e9mem je, \u017ee v\u00a0oblasti human-computer interaction zat\u00edm st\u00e1le neexistuje jasn\u00fd designov\u00fd model, jeho\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed by byl udr\u017eiteln\u00fd vztah s\u00a0u\u017eivatelem a kter\u00fd by nezdrav\u011b neprom\u011b\u0148oval jeho chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Proto tito auto\u0159i p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed s\u00a0modelem Motivace, Zaujet\u00ed a Rozvoj (Motivation, Engagement and Thriving) v\u00a0user experience (METUX). Tento model m\u00e1 ko\u0159eny v\u00a0sebedetermina\u010dn\u00ed teorii, kter\u00e1 definuje soubor z\u00e1kladn\u00edch psychologick\u00fdch pot\u0159eb, jejich\u017e napln\u011bn\u00ed je nezbytn\u00e9 pro vlastn\u00ed motivaci a psychickou pohodu \u010dlov\u011bka. T\u011bmito pot\u0159ebami jsou autonomie, pocit kompetentnosti a soun\u00e1le\u017eitost.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se design\u00e9\u0159i nezam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na tyto pot\u0159eby, m\u011bli bychom se pokusit p\u0159evz\u00edt kontrolu sami jako u\u017eivatel\u00e9. V posledn\u00edch letech se objevilo mnoho iniciativ, kter\u00e9 bojuj\u00ed proti digit\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1vislosti a kompulzivn\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Vznikl web <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darkpatterns.com\">www.darkpatterns.com<\/a> a instituce\u00a0 volaj\u00edc\u00ed po budov\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00e9ho vztahu k technologi\u00edm, jako je Centrum pro hum\u00e1nn\u00ed design nebo Humane by Design. Obecn\u011b je v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b k dispozici spousta materi\u00e1lu, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu se m\u016f\u017eeme u\u010dit sv\u016fj vztah k\u00a0technologi\u00edm zlep\u0161ovat. To v\u0161e n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee vnit\u0159n\u011b pos\u00edlit. Podle Jesseho Weavera p\u0159evz\u00edt moc nad sv\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm chov\u00e1n\u00edm znamen\u00e1 b\u00fdt sebev\u011bdom\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a d\u016frazn\u011bji prosazovat vlastn\u00ed pr\u00e1va, co\u017e by, jak tvrd\u00ed, m\u011blo b\u00fdt z\u00e1kladn\u00edm paradigmatem technologi\u00ed. Chceme, abychom d\u00edky digit\u00e1ln\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm byli siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a zapomn\u011bli jsme, \u017ee jsou jen pom\u016fckou, a ne p\u0159\u00edmou cestou do c\u00edle. Proto by bylo dobr\u00e9 vr\u00e1tit k \u201en\u00e1strojov\u00e9mu\u201c \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme zmi\u0148ovali v\u00fd\u0161e \u2013 jsou s\u00a0n\u00e1mi, kdy\u017e je pot\u0159ebujeme, ale neviditeln\u00e9, kdy\u017e to tak nen\u00ed.
