Elektronick\u00e9 hra\u010dky rozv\u00edjej\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00e9 moze\u010dky<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Taky jste d\u011btem po\u0159\u00eddili ty blikav\u00e9 \u017erouty baterek, co na n\u011b mluv\u00ed nejl\u00e9pe ve dvou jazyc\u00edch a nab\u00e1daj\u00ed je k v\u0161emo\u017en\u011b u\u0161lechtil\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m, jako h\u00e1zen\u00ed barevn\u00fdch kosti\u010dek do d\u011br nebo \u2013 je\u0161t\u011b l\u00e9pe \u2013 simulov\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edch zvuk\u016f? Probl\u00e9m je podle v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f v tom, \u017ee pokud si d\u011bti s takovou hra\u010dkou hraj\u00ed, jejich rodi\u010de mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b do hry zasahuj\u00ed, aby jejich kon\u00e1n\u00ed komentovali nebo vysv\u011btlovali. Tedy ochuzuj\u00ed je o ty nejv\u00edce rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed podn\u011bty, kter\u00e9 jsou na sv\u011bt\u011b k m\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/>\nNav\u00edc, pokud jste m\u011bli n\u011bkdy p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost d\u00edt\u011b s takovou hra\u010dkou pozorovat, nejsp\u00ed\u0161e jste zjistili, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b si s n\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou hraje \u00fapln\u011b na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e hra\u010dka sama. Nezaj\u00edm\u00e1 ho, jak se kter\u00e9 zv\u00ed\u0159e hlasov\u011b projevuje, sp\u00ed\u0161e chce tu v\u011bc po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b rozblikat. Proto si \u010dasto ty dob\u0159e zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00e9 podn\u011bty nespojuje spr\u00e1vn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 2. Batolata se mohou snadno u\u010dit z obrazovek.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci v t\u00e9to oblasti mluv\u00ed o tzv. \u201ctransfer deficitu\u201d, kter\u00fd poukazuje na to, \u017ee digit\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitky nemohou nahradit re\u00e1lnou zku\u0161enosti tak mal\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed. Technologie jist\u011b mohou podporovat u\u010den\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed, ale je jist\u00e9, \u017ee d\u011bti se dozv\u00eddaj\u00ed mnohem v\u00edce z praktick\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed ne\u017e z obrazovek, a to zejm\u00e9na v prvn\u00edch t\u0159ech letech \u017eivota. Transfer deficit p\u0159etrv\u00e1 do cca 30ti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v\u011bku. Uka\u017eme si to na p\u0159\u00edkladu. 15ti m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed Alici jej\u00ed rodi\u010de p\u0159edstavili aplikaci, kter\u00e1 ukazuje obr\u00e1zky ovoce, t\u0159eba pomeran\u010de a p\u0159itom opakuje slovo \u201cpomeran\u010d\u201d. Tak\u00e9 j\u00ed n\u011bkdy opakuje \u201coran\u017eov\u00e1\u201d a ukazuje i jin\u00e9 v\u011bci t\u00e9to barvy. Za p\u00e1r dn\u00ed um\u00ed Alice rozpozn\u00e1vat pomeran\u010de v kuchyni a ukazuje na n\u011b, pokud se na pomeran\u010d maminka zept\u00e1. Ot\u00e1zkou ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201cCh\u00e1pe Alice, co to ten pomeran\u010d vlastn\u011b je?\u201d Pro \u00fapln\u00e9 pochopen\u00ed si bude pot\u0159ebovat s\u00e1hnout na k\u016fru re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho pomeran\u010de, c\u00edtit jeho v\u016fni a ochutnat ho. D\u011bti si obvykle vyv\u00edjej\u00ed symbolick\u00e9 kompetence mezi 2-3 roky, v tuto dobu je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee transfer deficit \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b p\u0159ekonaj\u00ed a z obrazovek se budou u\u010dit snadn\u011bji.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 3. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technologi\u00ed zp\u016fsobuje poruchy pozornosti (ADD) a hyperaktivitu (ADHD).<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ve spole\u010dnosti se traduje, \u017ee \u010dast\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technologi\u00ed vede k poruch\u00e1m pozornosti a hyperaktivit\u011b. Zat\u00edm v\u0161ak takovou spojitost \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum nepotvrdil. Jedna rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 studie z roku 2007 ale uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee pokud d\u011bti do 3 let sleduj\u00ed n\u00e1siln\u00e9 nebo jen z\u00e1bavn\u00e9, nevzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed po\u0159ady, maj\u00ed mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edpoklady k tomu, \u017ee b\u011bhem n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch p\u011bti let se u nich rozvine porucha pozornosti a hyperaktivita. Stejn\u00e1 studie tak\u00e9 pouk\u00e1zala na fakt, \u017ee pokud d\u011bti do 3 let sleduj\u00ed pouze vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed po\u0159ady, tedy po\u0159ady s obsahem ur\u010den\u00fdm pro d\u011bti, pomal\u00fdm st\u0159ihem a s minimem vizu\u00e1ln\u00edch efekt\u016f, nem\u00e1 to na jejich pozornost \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd negativn\u00ed vliv.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 4. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b se mus\u00ed d\u011bti u\u010dit zach\u00e1zet s technologiemi co nejd\u0159\u00edve, aby nez\u016fstaly pozadu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina rodi\u010d\u016f m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159ipravit d\u011bti pro budoucnost, kter\u00e1 bude jist\u011b s technologiemi pevn\u011b spjat\u00e1. O\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee jejich d\u011bti budou technologie pou\u017e\u00edvat ve \u0161kole, a tak budou pot\u0159ebovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed dovednosti, jak s nimi zach\u00e1zet. Dokonce i finan\u010dn\u011b slab\u0161\u00ed rodiny \u010dasto dbaj\u00ed na to, aby jejich d\u011bti m\u011bly p\u0159\u00edstup k technologi\u00edm nap\u0159. alespo\u0148 u p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch nebo zn\u00e1m\u00fdch.<br \/>\nNa druhou stranu je t\u0159eba pomyslet na to, \u017ee technologie se m\u011bn\u00ed tak rychle, \u017ee v\u0161e, co se d\u011bti do \u010dty\u0159 let nau\u010d\u00ed, bude naprosto zastaral\u00e9 v dob\u011b, kdy si p\u016fjdou pro ob\u010danku.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 5. Generace dne\u0161n\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed je jin\u00e1 \u2013 jsou to tzv. digit\u00e1ln\u00ed domorodci \u2013 technologie pro n\u011b nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee technologie d\u011btem jen \u0161kod\u00ed, jin\u00ed hovo\u0159\u00ed o jak\u00e9si p\u0159irozen\u00e9 vazb\u011b mezi dne\u0161n\u00edmi d\u011btmi a technologiemi, kter\u00e9 se nelze vyh\u00fdbat. Pedagogov\u00e9 ve \u0161kolk\u00e1ch si st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed na to, \u017ee u\u017e tak mal\u00e9 d\u011bti um\u00ed ovl\u00e1dat technologie mnohem bravurn\u011bji ne\u017e oni. O technologi\u00edch obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee ty, kter\u00e9 se za\u010daly vyu\u017e\u00edvat po na\u0161\u00ed \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtce, n\u00e1s d\u011bs\u00ed, ty, co n\u00e1s zastihly v na\u0161ich \u201c-cetin\u00e1ch\u201d, vzbuzuj\u00ed na\u0161i pozornost. Ty, co se objevily p\u0159ed na\u0161imi dvac\u00e1t\u00fdmi narozeninami, jsou pro n\u00e1s cool a ty, kter\u00e9 existovaly je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed na\u0161\u00edm narozen\u00edm, jsou zkr\u00e1tka nezpochybnitelnou realitou. Pozor, neznamen\u00e1 to ale, \u017ee se d\u00edky tomu rod\u00edme s dovednostmi je ovl\u00e1dat nebo jim rozum\u011bt l\u00e9pe ne\u017e generace p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi. Skotsk\u00e1 psycholo\u017eka Christine Stephen se v jednom ze sv\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f se sv\u00fdmi kolegy dotazovala p\u0159\u00edmo d\u011bt\u00ed ve v\u011bku 3 \u2013 4 roky a zjistila, \u017ee d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 nejsou vedeny k pr\u00e1ci s po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem nebo jin\u00fdmi technologiemi, jako nap\u0159. digit\u00e1ln\u00ed fotoapar\u00e1t a hern\u00ed konzole, pova\u017euj\u00ed tyto v\u00fddobytky za p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 komplikovan\u00e9 nebo nezaj\u00edmav\u00e9. S technologiemi se tedy tito tzv. digit\u00e1ln\u00ed domorodci u\u010d\u00ed zach\u00e1zet t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b skrze kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edch rodi\u010d\u016f nebo u\u010ditel\u016f \u2013 tedy tzv. digit\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159ist\u011bhovalc\u016f (term\u00edny \u201cdigital natives\u201d a \u201cdigital immigrants\u201d zpropagoval zejm. autor Marc Prensky).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 6. Dne\u0161n\u00ed d\u011bti jsou p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technologi\u00ed schopny multitaskingu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Psan\u00ed \u00fakolu p\u0159ed pu\u0161t\u011bnou televiz\u00ed, s ti\u0161enou hudbou, kontroluj\u00edc Facebook a odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc na zpr\u00e1vy kamar\u00e1d\u016fm je \u00fapln\u011b b\u011b\u017enou realitou dne\u0161n\u00edho \u0161kol\u00e1ka. V\u011bt\u0161ina dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch ve v\u011bku 8 \u2013 18 let se pak opravdu domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee jim multitasking ned\u011bl\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Opak je v\u0161ak pravdou, lidsk\u00fd mozek zkr\u00e1tka multitasking neum\u00ed, je pro v\u0161echny bez v\u00fdjimky n\u00e1ro\u010dnou kognitivn\u00ed aktivitou, kter\u00e1 naru\u0161uje pozornost, zvy\u0161uje pravd\u011bpodobnost chyb a zp\u016fsobuje \u00fanavu. Zvy\u0161uje tak\u00e9 produkci stresov\u00e9ho hormonu kortizolu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 7. Kdy\u017e je to interaktivn\u00ed, mus\u00ed to b\u00fdt vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>S p\u0159\u00edchodem digit\u00e1ln\u00edch hra\u010dek a dotykov\u00fdch aplikac\u00ed pro nejmen\u0161\u00ed se jejich prodejci obhajuj\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee jejich produkty jsou schopny zapojit d\u00edt\u011b do smyslupln\u00fdch aktivit a odpov\u00eddat jim tak, jako by ve vhodnou dobu d\u011blal dobr\u00fd u\u010ditel. D\u00edky interaktivn\u00edm prvk\u016fm tak podle nich mohou urychlit proces u\u010den\u00ed \u010d\u00edst, ps\u00e1t a po\u010d\u00edtat. Bohu\u017eel v\u011bt\u0161ina aplikac\u00ed nedok\u00e1\u017ee pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt kapacit jejich m\u00e9dia a maxim\u00e1ln\u011b d\u00edt\u011b pochv\u00e1l\u00ed, kdy\u017e \u00falohu spr\u00e1vn\u011b spln\u00ed. Hl\u00e1\u0161ka \u201cdobr\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce\u201d v\u0161ak nedok\u00e1\u017ee nahradit plnohodnotnou interakci s rodi\u010dem nebo u\u010ditelem. Proto je t\u0159eba aplikace spr\u00e1vn\u011b vyb\u00edrat, nebo d\u00edt\u011bti p\u0159i jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed asistovat.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 8. Sv\u011btlo, kter\u00e9 obrazovky vyza\u0159uj\u00ed, je nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, ale pokud d\u00edt\u011b sp\u00ed a ned\u00edv\u00e1 se, v\u0161e je v po\u0159\u00e1dku.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tzv. modr\u00e9 sv\u011btlo, kter\u00e9 vyza\u0159uj\u00ed LED \u017e\u00e1rovky nebo displeje a obrazovky na\u0161ich digit\u00e1ln\u00edch kamar\u00e1d\u016f, m\u00e1 velice negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed a sp\u00e1nek. Pro d\u011bti do dvou let to plat\u00ed dvojn\u00e1sob. Nap\u0159. pu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 televize m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161ovat sp\u00e1nek kojence \u010dist\u011b mechanicky, ne\u010dekan\u00e9 audio nebo vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed podn\u011bty jej mohou probudit p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b nebo mezi sp\u00e1nkov\u00fdmi cykly. Pokud pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me jasn\u011b sv\u00edt\u00edc\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed okolo sp\u00edc\u00edho miminka, m\u016f\u017eeme tak\u00e9 blokovat p\u0159irozen\u00fd v\u00fdvoj jeho cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00edch rytm\u016f, rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dne a noci. Tyto rytmy se vyv\u00edjej\u00ed a\u017e do p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 6ti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 9. Je nezdrav\u00e9 pou\u0161t\u011bt hudbu v m\u00edstnosti, kde si d\u011bti hraj\u00ed.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pomal\u00e1, jemn\u00e1 a zn\u00e1m\u00e1 hudba v pozad\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee podporovat d\u011btsk\u00fd rozvoj. Naopak rychl\u00e1, hlasit\u00e1 a nezn\u00e1m\u00e1 hudba zp\u016fsobuje kognitivn\u00ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00fdch moze\u010dk\u016f a naru\u0161uje jejich hru a p\u0159irozen\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00fdtus 10. D\u011bti tr\u00e1v\u00ed st\u00e1le m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasu organizovan\u00fdmi sporty, proto\u017ee tento \u010das nahradily obrazovky<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ned\u00e1vno proveden\u00e1 australsk\u00e1 studie p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b ukazuje, \u017ee australsk\u00e9 d\u011bti se v\u011bnuj\u00ed sportu v\u00edce, ne\u017e kdy p\u0159edt\u00edm, ale paradoxn\u011b jsou m\u00e9n\u011b fyzicky aktivn\u00ed. Hmm..co\u017ee? Tak\u017ee od za\u010d\u00e1tku: d\u011bti se v opravdu velk\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed organizovan\u00fdch sportovn\u00edch aktivit, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u00edce \u010dasu p\u0159ed obrazovkami. Tento \u010das pak nahrazuje chozen\u00ed ven a klasick\u00e9 zevlov\u00e1n\u00ed s kamar\u00e1dy, kde se p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b p\u011bstuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed fyzick\u00fdch aktivit. Jen si vzpome\u0148me, lezen\u00ed po stromech, na st\u0159echy, honi\u010dka atd. Nem\u011bjme jim to za zl\u00e9, \u010dasto to nen\u00ed jejich volba \u2013 dne\u0161n\u00ed rodi\u010de se st\u00e1le v\u00edce ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u00e1strah m\u011bstsk\u00fdch park\u016f a ulic, a tak d\u011bti rad\u011bji vid\u00ed u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, ne\u017e s partou kamar\u00e1d\u016f venku.
